It all started out of Michael Stember’s loft, where he and group of friends would regularly meet to treat themselves to high-quality sushi dinners. Since then the concept has become ever so popular, expanding into what is now called, Sushi Belly Tower – a dining experience that gives the public an opportunity to enjoy the same great sushi feasts at secret locations across the US.
This phenomenal underground sushi pop-up, recently took over TPE for a weekend, giving guests the chance to witness chef, Michael Stember, slice sashimi straight off a whole fish (course after course), whilst enjoying craft cocktails and live entertainment.
