This collaboration between The Pancake Epidemic and Stumptown represents a lot; namely, it underscores the obsessive relationship The Pancake Epidemic has fostered with Stumptown to cultivate and celebrate great coffee. Internationally, none of this would be possible without the hard working and dedicated folks on Aida Batlle’s team and at the J. Hill Mill in El Salvador. They showed us first-hand how coffee beans come to be; as a result, we hope to set a higher standard for coffee consumption while simultaneously celebrating responsible harvesting initiatives.
