Welcome to the Pancake Epidemic, my name is Brandon and I’ll be your in-house Barista. This is a unique environment, heavily anchored by the necessity for a great cup of coffee. A cup of joe functioning as the fuel for creative’s to think, explore and connect.
The coffee you’ll be drinking here at TPE has come from the highest quality soil, to farmers with the most fine tuned skills and experience, then onto the folks at Stumptown who roast the bean to perfection, before immediately shipping it to our door step. Leaving the lesser half of the work to me.
With my time spent with Stumptown’s owner, head trainer and head roasters, I feel I can proficiently extract the balanced and full flavor of the bean that so many people have worked so hard on achieving.
