Today I will be heading out on a 5,000 mile road trip with our videographer, Jesse Meeker by my side. We’ll be covering almost the entire Central and Western U.S. – meeting up with various artists, designers and coffee roasters along the way.
I intend on getting to know coffee and the culture that follows far beyond the boundaries of Los Angeles and even California. With a growing knowledge of coffee, coffee roasting and different brewing methods, I hope to return to TPE, an amplified version of the barista I am today.
With open roads ahead of us, there is only one direction to move from here – forward. The Pancake Epidemic thrives off creative minds, great art, exceptional coffee and delicious food and my journey will follow suit and who knows what will happen from there! Much more to come!
